From Versions 2.0 or 2.1
Version 2.2 is free for all users of version 2.0 or 2.1. Just download and install version 2.2 and the license will carry over from Versions 2.0 or 2.1.
From Version 1.0
A license must be purchased for version 2.2. No discount is provided.
