Variable Type
The variables are broken into two broad groups: inputs and outputs. The outputs represent the characteristics one wishes to control. Two types of outputs are available: output variables{linkID=321} and objective functions{linkID=322}. The inputs are those variables affecting the outputs. Targets, tolerances and levels must be selected for the inputs to ensure that the outputs behave as desired. Two types of inputs are available: continuous input variables{linkID=319} and category input variables{linkID=320}.
