Course Description
Provides managers with a basic understanding of the Six Sigma concepts and methods, focusing on the manager’s role in integrating the Six Sigma tools and processes into practice. Includes case studies and discussion. A broad overview of Six Sigma Improvement and Six Sigma Design processes and summary of the Six Sigma tools.
Primary Audience
All managers other than senior leadership team. You do not need to take this course if you took Six Sigma Executive Planning Workshop. Managers directing supervising technical staff involved in using the Six Sigma tools can opt instead to take the Introduction to Six Sigma course and several of the introductory Six Sigma course like Statistical Process Control I – Introduction and Design of Experiments I – Screening Experiments to gain a deeper understanding of the Six Sigma tools and methods.
